Single Contact Point (Digital Services Act)
Pursuant to Articles 11 and 12 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act) we designate a single contact point for direct electronic communication with Member State authorities, the European Commission, the Board and recipients of the service.

2. Reporting illegal content
Any user may notify content believed to be illegal by email at the address above. A notification should include: reasoning, exact location (URL), the notifier's contact details and a good-faith statement.
We process notifications without undue delay, in an objective and diligent manner. The notifier receives an acknowledgement of receipt and information about the decision taken.
3. Internal complaint-handling mechanism
A user whose content has been removed or restricted may, within 6 months, submit a reasoned appeal to tomas@mroauto.cz. We handle appeals in a timely, non-discriminatory and diligent manner.
