All rights to projects, source code, graphics and documentation are transferred to the Client to the extent arising from the contract, upon full payment. Until full payment is made, the project remains the property of TOMMY AI Digital Factory.

TOMMY AI Digital Factory will make every effort to ensure that the website and services are available continuously, but is not liable for interruptions caused by technical reasons, force majeure or the actions of external parties.

TOMMY AI Digital Factory reserves the right to change these terms. Changes take effect upon publication on the website. A User who uses the website again after changes accepts the new terms.
