Use of Artificial Intelligence
Pursuant to Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the AI Act) we transparently disclose the use of AI systems on our website and in our business processes.
1. Where we use AI
Generating first drafts of marketing and blog content (always reviewed by a human).
Business automations for clients (chatbots, ticket classification, email generation).
Internal analytics tooling and programming assistance.
2. Models and providers
We use commercial LLM models (incl. OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) and open-source models. Data passed to models is minimised to what is strictly necessary and is never used to train external models without the client's consent.
3. Your rights
You have the right to know when you are interacting with an AI system (e.g. a chatbot). Content generated or substantially modified by AI is labelled where it could mislead as to its origin.
Decisions producing significant legal effects for the client are never taken solely by automated means — they always remain under human oversight.
